Everything you need to write about Flatscope.
Flatscope is property research for UK home buyers. Paste a Rightmove or Zoopla link and it reads the public record, then returns a sourced report with every figure traced to where it came from. This page has boilerplate you can quote, brand assets you can use, and a way to reach us. Less manual digging, before you offer.
About Flatscope
Boilerplate you can quote verbatim.
Flatscope is research software for UK home buyers. Paste a Rightmove or Zoopla link and it reads the public record, then returns a sourced report on the lease, the running costs and the comparable sales before you offer.
Flatscope reads public records that a buyer would otherwise have to gather one source at a time. HM Land Registry sold prices, the EPC register, Environment Agency flood data, police.uk crime data, Ofsted school reports and council tax bands. It resolves them into a 0 to 100 score and a plain-English verdict, with every figure traced to a named public source and an inline citation. A property is never punished for missing data, and anything Flatscope cannot verify is shown as a gap rather than guessed. The first report is free, with no card and no signup. Flatscope is independent of the property portals, built in London, and serves the United Kingdom. It is a screen to decide which properties deserve a viewing and a solicitor, not a survey and not legal or financial advice.
What it does, in four lines.
The capability in plain terms. Every claim here is something the report actually does on a real listing.
Reads the public record
From a pasted Rightmove or Zoopla link, Flatscope reads HM Land Registry sold prices, the EPC register, Environment Agency flood data, police.uk crime data, Ofsted school reports and council tax bands.
Traces every figure
Each number in the report is tied to a named public source with an inline citation. A second model checks every figure against its source, and anything it cannot trace is shown as a gap rather than guessed.
One plain verdict
The findings resolve into a 0 to 100 score and a plain-English verdict, with the running costs, the lease position and the sold-price comparables a buyer would otherwise dig out by hand.
First report is free
The first report needs no card and no signup. Flatscope is a screen to decide which properties deserve a viewing and a solicitor, not a survey and not legal or financial advice.
